Homemade Thousand Island Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise or Veganaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1/2 dill pickle spear cut into chunks
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients into a food processor, blender, or Vitamix and pulse until desired level of creaminess.
