In a large mixing bowl, pour the Grain Free Easy Bread cubes, onions, and celery, then toss to mix. Add in chicken broth a 1/2 a half cup at a time until you reach desired consistency—wet but not soggy. Fluff with a fork, then pour into an 8X8 pan. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, drizzle on the stuffing and bake 20-30 minutes in the oven until browned on top.
