loose sausage

gala apple, peeled, cored and cubed into 1 centimeter pieces
Instructions
In a large sauté pan on high heat, brown the sausage until almost cooked through. Add in apple pieces and stir around. Lower heat to medium and continue to cook until apple is soft and sausage is crispy. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
