1/2-3/4cuphalf and half, or dairy free milk of your choice
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
1cinnamon stick
1/2teaspoonground cinnamon
1teaspoonwhole allspice
1/2teaspoonwhole cloves
1teaspooncoconut oil
12-16ouncesbrewed coffee
Instructions
In a small sauce pan on medium high heat, heat the half and half, vanilla, cinnamon stick, ground cinnamon, allspice, and cloves until the half and half begins to boil, stirring with a wooden spoon to keep from scalding. Remove from the heat and strain into a Vitamix or blender, discarding the whole spices and cinnamon stick (or save for another round of lattes). Add the coconut oil and coffee to the blender and blend on high until it becomes creamy and frothy. Serve and drink immediately.
