Just starting NSGS im so afraid im going to gain more weight with eating all the full fat stuff! I ordered the books and have watched/read all i can find . Ive been doing it for 5 days now and i can say that it has made a difference in my blood sugars all ready. So thank you just hoping the eight comes off to!
Wendy, I’m going to email you privately with some support and encouragement! But to address your concerns here–if you are restricting processed carbs, then eventually the body will regulate and you won’t even be able to overeat fat. Weight loss will ensue…you’re doing GREAT!!

I just want a pdf or the like that shows what I should have on my shopping list for staples in my cupboard. I don’ twaste food so when I buy some I will use it no matter what. I’m tired of so many words but missing a list of what to have in cupboard!!
I got the Intro to NSNG printed up. What I’m looking for is like a shopping list to take with me to the store so I can get what I need to have in my cupboards!!
