I have a recipe newsletter on the Substack platform. It’s where I’m posting all new recipes, interviews, and content that doesn’t appear in one of my cookbooks (plus for Eat Happy Italian). Low carb recipes, keto recipes, NSNG recipes, low sugar dessert recipes…you name it…I gots it.

    I just wanted to tell you, Anna, I got the “Eat Happy Italian” cookbook for my husband for Christmas. It’s not even the new year and he’s already tried 4 recipes! All of them have been delicious! I’m looking forward to getting your other cookbooks as we journey further into this (better) way of eating. Thank you!
